We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide high-quality behavioral health and community care services.
Conduct comprehensive client assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
Offer clinical counseling for various mental health issues, including PTSD.
Facilitate group therapy to promote peer support.
Manage case files and ensure HIPAA compliance.
Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate care in community settings.
Utilize coding for documentation and billing related to behavioral health.
Implement evidence-based practices in applied behavior analysis.
Monitor and adjust treatment plans to achieve effective outcomes.
Qualifications include a Master’s in Social Work, valid LCSW licensure, experience in behavioral health, and proficiency in medical record management.
Strong communication skills and ability to work within a multidisciplinary team are essential.
