We are seeking a compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team, focusing on behavioral health and clinical counseling.
Provide individual and group therapy for mental health issues such as PTSD, addiction, and behavioral challenges.
Conduct assessments and develop personalized treatment plans using evidence-based practices and applied behavior analysis techniques.
Maintain confidential records in compliance with HIPAA and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive care.
Offer Christian counseling when appropriate, integrating faith-based approaches into treatment.
Participate in case management and refer clients to community resources as needed.
Qualifications include a Master’s in Social Work, current LCSW licensure, and experience in counseling settings. Knowledge of psychopharmacology and cultural competence are advantages.
Must be able to work effectively with diverse populations and adhere to ethical standards.
Position is full-time or part-time, with benefits like health, dental, vision insurance, paid time off, and professional development. Schedule includes day and night shifts, Monday to Friday, with relocation to Wahiawa, HI required before start.
