We are hiring immediately for a full-time Licensed Clinical Counselor, Licensed Professional Counselor, or Mental Health Therapist.
Pay ranges from $65,000 to $90,000/year based on experience, with additional benefits including 401(k), health/dental/vision insurance, paid time off, and professional development support. Job responsibilities include facilitating clinical groups and individual sessions, developing personalized treatment plans, monitoring client progress, providing addiction counseling, maintaining accurate documentation, and staying current with best practices. Requirements include a Master’s degree in Counseling or a related field, relevant licensure (LPC, LCSW, etc.), Certified Addiction Counselor credentials, and experience in inpatient treatment and addiction counseling. Work is conducted in person, with a focus on compassionate care and professional growth.
