• Licensed Behavioral Health Therapist with a Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Behavioral Science from an accredited program.
• Current LCPC or LCSW license required.
• 2-3 years of clinical experience preferred, especially with older adults, hospital, or nursing home settings.
• CPR and First Aid certifications, behavioral de-escalation experience preferred.
• Knowledge of community resources essential.
• Provides organized psychotherapy, including individual, family, and group sessions, focusing on treatment and discharge planning.
• Maintains compliance with relevant regulations and standards, demonstrating professionalism.
• Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm, no weekends or on-call.
• Hourly pay ranges from $28.50 to $41.33, depending on experience.
