We are hiring a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or equivalent licensed mental health clinician to join our Integrated Care Team in a rural setting.
Provide brief, evidence-based mental health interventions (e.g., CBT, ACT, DBT, MI) Conduct mental health assessments, including diagnostics and safety planning Collaborate with primary care providers to ensure integrated, same-day behavioral health access Offer crisis intervention and emergency de-escalation Deliver services in person and via telehealth, with regular travel to satellite clinics or community locations Serve diverse populations across multiple environments Maintain accurate documentation per standards Participate in team meetings and quality improvement initiatives This full-time role supports behavioral health in medical care, including trauma-informed approaches. Compensation ranges from $66,015 to $79,503 per year, with benefits such as 401(k), health insurance, paid time off, and relocation assistance.
