We are seeking a licensed mental health clinician (LCSW, LMFT, or CMHC) to join our Integrated Care Team in a rural setting.
Provide brief, evidence-based interventions (e.g., CBT, ACT, DBT, MI) in primary care and telehealth formats. Conduct mental health assessments, including diagnostics and safety planning. Collaborate with medical providers to ensure integrated, same-day care. Offer crisis intervention, emergency de-escalation, and safety support. Travel to satellite clinics or community locations as needed. Serve diverse populations across age groups and diagnoses. Maintain accurate documentation per organizational and regulatory standards. Participate in team meetings, quality improvement, and program development. Ideal candidates are flexible, collaborative, and comfortable working across multiple environments with diverse populations.

Work location: In person, full-time, with a salary range of $66,015.52–$79,502.55 annually.
