We are seeking a compassionate, licensed therapist to serve as a Primary Therapist for our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) in Charleston, SC.
Provide in-person and virtual group therapy sessions—two 90-minute groups each evening (4:00 PM – 7:00 PM)—including process-oriented and experiential/psychoeducational formats.
Offer office hours for individual client support, collaborate with clinical teams to tailor treatment plans, and monitor client progress.
Ensure accurate documentation, conduct utilization reviews, and facilitate communication for seamless care coordination.
Work with diverse clients addressing substance use, mental health, trauma, and co-occurring disorders, promoting recovery, empowerment, and self-efficacy.
Qualifications include licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT or equivalent), experience with group therapy and evidence-based modalities (CBT, DBT, MI), and proficiency in telehealth.
Must be adaptable, organized, and able to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment. This part-time role offers $45,000/year.
