We are expanding our interventional pain management network in Tampa Bay, focusing on personalized pain procedures for post-accident patients.
This is a long-term, full-time contract for a Pain Medicine Physician. The role involves diagnostic evaluations, non-surgical and surgical interventional procedures, and patient care management. Collaborate with spine surgeons and interventionalists across multiple locations including Clearwater, Tampa, and Brandon. Responsibilities include managing musculoskeletal conditions, ordering imaging, performing EMG/NCV, prescribing PT/OT, and conducting procedures like joint injections, neuraxial injections, spinal cord stimulation, and discectomy. Procedures are performed in-office and at surgical centers using advanced equipment. Medication management includes non-opioid options. Qualifications include PM&R and Pain Management skills, spine and rehab experience, strong diagnostic and communication skills, an active unrestricted medical license, and board eligibility/certification in Pain Medicine and PM&R. Experience with interventional procedures and EMR software is preferred. Requires graduation from an accredited MD or DO program with ACGME Pain Fellowship Training and Florida licensure. The position offers a $500,000 annual salary, Monday-Friday 9 AM-6 PM, with flexibility to work at multiple locations.
