Provide direct counseling, conduct assessments, develop care plans, and coordinate with staff and community resources.
Support staff development through training, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
Monitor quality metrics, ensure compliance with regulations, and prepare reports for grant and program evaluation.
Maintain operational procedures and stay current on billing, Medicaid, and regulatory guidelines.
Qualifications include California licensure (LCSW, LMFT), 3+ years in social/behavioral health, 1+ year leadership experience, and ability to provide clinical supervision.
