We are seeking a licensed clinical professional (LCSW or LPCC) to perform clinical duties including assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and collaboration with a treatment team for patients with substance abuse or mental health issues.
Utilize various therapeutic models and evidence-based techniques such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, and others to develop effective intervention strategies.
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment approaches accordingly.
Collaborate with patients and team members to create comprehensive care plans focused on patient needs and treatment goals.
Maintain accurate and timely records of screening, intake, treatment, progress, and discharge summaries.
Conduct individual, group, family sessions, assessments, and crisis interventions in diverse settings.
Participate in supervision, team meetings, and court hearings when required.
Ensure compliance with relevant policies, stay informed on current field developments, and submit all required documentation promptly.
Perform additional duties as assigned. This full-time role offers a salary range of $62,500 to $85,000, with benefits including paid time off, and a Monday through Friday day shift schedule. In-person work location. Requires valid LCSW or LPCC license.
