Onsite Physician Hospitalist role focused on delivering high-quality, cost-effective, evidence-based inpatient care.
Provide clinical management for hospitalized patients, including assessments, physical exams, diagnostics, and treatment plans.
Support surgical and specialty services through consultation and coordinate patient care at discharge, ensuring smooth transitions.
Attend multidisciplinary rounds, order and interpret tests, prescribe therapies, and refer patients as needed.
Responsible for resource utilization, clinical pathway adherence, and appropriate referrals to tertiary care.
Qualifications include MD/DO, completion of residency in Internal or Family Medicine, Board Certification or Eligibility, active Florida medical license, and DEA eligibility.
