Seeking a compassionate Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a contingent home health position, ideal for quick learners in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities include providing speech and audiology services per physician’s treatment plan, assessing patient functioning, setting goals, and documenting progress.
Assist in developing and revising care plans, instruct patients and families, and recommend audiology tests when needed.
Requirements include active Michigan license, reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and preferably home health experience.
Travel involves home visits and meetings; participation in in-service programs is expected.
Pay ranges from $63.00 to $105.00 per visit/hour, with mileage reimbursement and flexible scheduling benefits.
