We are seeking a hand surgeon to join as a 1099 independent contractor for on-site patient care.
Responsibilities include treating patients during approximately 4-hour shifts weekly or biweekly, focusing on medically complex cases, facilitating return-to-work, and collaborating with medical and therapy teams.
The role involves providing both surgical and non-surgical orthopedic and neuromusculoskeletal services, communicating with employers, and actively participating in case management.
Flexible scheduling allows for compatibility with your private practice.
Compensation is based on a revenue share model.
Qualifications include experience with work-related injuries, licensure in the state, MD or DO degree from an accredited institution, unrestricted DEA license, and board certification or eligibility in Hand Surgery.
Applicants must have medical malpractice insurance for onsite coverage.
