Job Opportunity: RN – Surgical ICU Stepdown in Lewes, Delaware.
Coordinates comprehensive nursing care for adult-geriatric patients.
Participates in patient and family education.
Provides leadership by collaborating with nursing and healthcare team members.
Maintains professional nursing standards in clinical practice.
Requires 2+ years of experience in Surgical ICU Stepdown; travel healthcare experience preferred.
Must hold a Delaware license and current BLS certification; additional certifications may be needed.
Reliable transportation is required.
Works 36 hours per week, with 12-hour shifts.
Start date: August 18, 2025. Compensation: $9,149/month.
