– Join a rapidly expanding urgent care organization providing walk-in care with on-site diagnostics, proven protocols, and an efficient team environment.
– Full-time schedule: three 12-hour shifts/week, with most weeks having four days off, rotating weekends, and no after-hours call. – Clinic hours: Mon-Sat 8 am-8 pm, Sun 9 am-6 pm. – Responsibilities include diagnosing and treating common urgent conditions across all ages, performing procedures (suturing, splinting, incision and drainage, foreign-body removal), ordering and interpreting X-rays and point-of-care labs, and completing same-day documentation while collaborating with a clinical team. – Requirements: active North Carolina FNP license or eligibility within 60 days, AANP or ANCC certification, BLS (ACLS preferred), 1+ year of urgent care, emergency, or high-acuity family medicine experience preferred. New grads may need to complete a bootcamp. – Compensation ranges from $60-$70 per hour based on experience, with productivity incentives.
