We are a private Pediatric Practice offering a sign-on bonus of $3k-$5k (paid after 90 days) for a motivated Nurse Practitioner (NP).
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality pediatric care for well-child and sick visits for patients birth to 21 years, starting with 2 patients/hour, ramping up to 3/hour.
- Support same-day urgent sick overflow and fill schedule gaps to assist teammates.
- Build and maintain an independent patient panel over time.
- Utilize AI-assisted voice charting and complete documentation promptly.
- Participate in team huddles and coordinate with staff to optimize clinic flow.
- Handle after-hours phone calls and periodic weekend coverage (one weekday after-hours and monthly Saturdays).
- Maintain accurate medical documentation.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree and certification by an NP certifying body in Massachusetts.
- Active Massachusetts NP license and DEA license with no restrictions.
- Clinical pediatric experience through rotations or employment.
- Full-time on-site availability, including some weekends and after-hours shifts.
- Willingness to live within a 45-minute commute of East Longmeadow, MA.
- Strong teamwork, interpersonal skills, and ability to build rapport with children and families.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: $95,000–$110,000 annually.
