We are seeking a dedicated Family Medicine Physician to provide comprehensive care for patients of all ages, emphasizing prevention, diagnosis, and treatment.
Work 36 hours of patient-facing time weekly, with 18-22 patients per clinic day, Monday through Friday from 8am to 6pm.
Locations available in Covina, Glendora, and West Covina; in-person work required at West Covina, CA 91791, with relocation prior to start.
Must have expertise in assessment, intervention, and patient care management across all ages, and experience with diagnostic measures.
Require Board Certification from the American Board of Internal Medicine, a California medical license, and completion of an accredited residency.
Strong interpersonal, communication, leadership, and customer service skills are essential, along with proficiency in HCC coding, CMS STARS, and HEDIS measures.
