Family Based Therapist – $5,000 Hiring Bonus

Seeking a full-time Therapist II – Family to provide intensive, family-focused mental health services to children and families in homes, schools, and communities. The role involves conducting intakes, assessments, therapy sessions, and crisis interventions to prevent out-of-home placements. Requires a Master’s degree in a human services field, at least 2 years of CASSP program experience, and a valid PA driver’s license with insured vehicle access. Offers a $5,000 hiring bonus paid in installments, a $2,500 two-year retention bonus, and a $5,000 five-year milestone bonus.
