We are hiring a Dental Hygienist to join our team, offering both full-time and part-time options with flexible scheduling from Monday to Thursday.
Patients receive 1 hour for routine prophy and perio maintenance, and 1.5 hours for new patient visits, with case-dependent SRP timing.
Responsibilities include performing child and adult prophylaxis, perio maintenance, SRP, administering local anesthesia, taking digital radiographs and photos, assessing oral health, educating patients, developing treatment plans, and maintaining accurate records using Curve Hero software.
Hygienists are responsible for cleaning their own rooms with staff support.
Qualifications include a valid WA license, BLS/CPR certification, infection control knowledge, excellent communication skills, and team collaboration. Experience is preferred but new graduates are welcome to apply.
Compensation ranges from $65-$70/hour, with benefits like a 401(k) match, medical and dental insurance, HSA, paid time off, scrubs and shoes, and paid meals.
Work location is in Chehalis, WA, requiring in-person attendance and relocation if necessary.
