The Clinician provides mental health assessment and counseling services within a multidisciplinary team.
Responsibilities include conducting clinical evaluations, facilitating therapeutic groups, developing treatment plans, and monitoring clients’ progress.
Maintains accurate documentation, submits reports promptly, and participates in quality improvement activities.
Requires a valid clinical license or provisional license in social work, counseling, or marriage and family therapy, with at least 3 years of experience working with high-risk populations.
Must be bilingual, flexible with scheduling, and able to communicate effectively.
Additional duties may include reacting to change and supporting program goals.
