Offering a $4,000 bonus! This position is based in Worcester, MA at a Main Street outpatient location, part of a transitional hub-and-spoke model focusing on on-site buprenorphine induction and referral to local clinics, in partnership with state and federal agencies.
Pay range: $67,100 – $78,100 annually.
Schedule includes weekday hours with varied start times from Monday to Friday.

The clinician conducts intake assessments, treatment planning, and individual counseling for clients with mental health, substance use, or dual diagnoses in an outpatient community setting, focusing on buprenorphine and Naltrexone treatments.
Qualifications required: licensed LICSW or LMHC, with preferred LADC I or CADAC certification, bilingual in Spanish/English highly preferred, and a Master’s degree in a related field.
