Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing and managing individualized treatment plans, providing therapy (individual, group, family), coordinating services, and leading treatment teams. The role involves crisis intervention, documentation, discharge planning, and liaising with families and community resources.
Requirements include a Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field, with at least 2 years’ experience working with children and families, and licensure (preferably LPCC or similar). Preferred qualifications include 3+ years’ experience and knowledge of mental health systems.
