The Nurse Manager of Critical Care Unit, Telemetry oversees daily clinical operations and coordinates staff scheduling.
Responsible for onboarding, training, and implementing best practices to enhance productivity, caregiver engagement, quality, patient loyalty, and financial outcomes.
Establishes effective communication infrastructure with physicians and staff to support the Cardiovascular Service Line.
Works closely with the Clinical Director to expand and improve service lines as needed.
Demonstrates leadership, clinical expertise, and strong communication skills, with experience in interdisciplinary collaboration and problem-solving.
Requires a BSN (preferred), RN licensure, and certifications such as BLS and ACLS; national certification is preferred.
Minimum 5 years of clinical experience in progressive care and 2 years in management are required.
Manages the Critical Care Unit and Telemetry, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and handling emergency situations.
Works in a clean, safe environment, with physical ability to handle patient care activities and lifting up to 50 lbs, with flexible working hours.
