Clinical Mental Health Therapist

We are hiring a full-time Mental Health Therapist with a $7,500 sign-on bonus.

Provide individual therapy to children, adults, couples, and families, and complete initial psychosocial assessments.

Maintain accurate clinical documentation in line with policies and licensing requirements.

Participate actively as part of a supportive team.

Requirements: LMSW or provisional license in Iowa, 2+ years of experience preferred, valid driver’s license, strong communication skills, bilingual preferred.
