Skills include effective verbal and written communication, analytical thinking, problem-solving, motivating teams, planning, organizing, and managing activities. Ability to run meetings, negotiate deadlines, and communicate with diverse audiences is essential. Experience working with physicians and medical staff at an administrative level is also required.
