We are seeking an experienced Clinical Manager to lead a busy Family Medicine practice and a satellite clinic, overseeing daily clinical operations and team development.
Responsible for optimizing workflows, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving quality patient care.
Supervises RNs, LPNs, MAs, and CTAs, with occasional travel between locations.
Works closely with providers to increase outpatient services, improve patient flow, and maximize practice productivity.
Requires a Bachelor’s degree in nursing, current RN license, BLS certification, and at least five years of nursing experience, with supervisory experience preferred.
