The Clinical Lead is a key member of the leadership team responsible for overseeing clinical staff and services at their assigned site.
Works closely with the Program Manager to ensure access to services aligned with care models and provides on-site support to staff.
Manages workflows, case assignments, and group services, ensuring clinical oversight and proper documentation.
Provides consultation, assesses acuity, and coordinates staff training in collaboration with relevant managers.
Ensures quality care by monitoring service delivery, offering feedback, and maintaining compliance with policies.
Carries a client caseload with a reduced billable expectation.
Qualifications include a master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field, and licensure at least at the associate level in AZ.
Must meet background requirements, possess a valid driver’s license, and obtain necessary clearances.
