This Clinical Fellowship Speech-Language Pathologist role involves planning and administering medically prescribed speech therapy for patients with communication, cognition, memory, and swallowing disorders.

Provides evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment planning based on assessments and medical records.

Offers counseling and guidance to patients and caregivers, and instructs on monitoring skills.

Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams, attends care plan meetings, and conducts staff in-services.

Ensures documentation, billing, and compliance with standards and reimbursement systems.

Works under supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist, with required documentation checked and co-signed.
Qualifications include a Master’s degree in speech-language pathology, an active provisional license in Pennsylvania, and computer literacy. The position offers 36-40 hours/week, scheduled Monday-Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, located at The Glen in Lancaster, PA.
