This Clinical Fellowship Speech-Language Pathologist role involves planning and administering medically prescribed speech therapy for patients with communication, cognition, memory, and swallowing disorders.

  • Provides evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment planning based on assessments and medical records.
  • Offers counseling and guidance to patients and caregivers, and instructs on monitoring skills.
  • Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams, attends care plan meetings, and conducts staff in-services.
  • Ensures documentation, billing, and compliance with standards and reimbursement systems.
  • Works under supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist, with required documentation checked and co-signed.
    Qualifications include a Master’s degree in speech-language pathology, an active provisional license in Pennsylvania, and computer literacy. The position offers 36-40 hours/week, scheduled Monday-Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, located at The Glen in Lancaster, PA.
