Seeking dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility with a $1,000 sign-on bonus.
Provide compassionate personal care, including grooming, bathing, dressing, and oral hygiene. Assist residents with ambulation, transfers, and positioning using assistive devices. Record vital signs, weights, intake/output, and food consumption accurately. Monitor residents’ condition, report changes, and assist with data collection for care planning. Prepare residents for meals, transport them, and ensure proper self-help devices are available. Maintain a clean and safe environment, including bed linens and grooming supplies. Perform routine assessments such as temperature, pulse, blood pressure, and weight. Qualifications include current CNA certification in New York, CPR certification preferred, with at least one year of skilled nursing experience preferred.
Must have effective communication skills, professionalism, confidentiality, and customer service orientation.
