This full-time CSAC – Assistant/Supervisee role supports residential substance abuse treatment under supervision.
Provides individual and group therapy, treatment planning, case management, and crisis intervention. Supervises assessment, monitors resident participation, and ensures quality documentation. Acts as liaison with families, collaborates with professionals, and develops aftercare plans. Participates in program development, quality assurance, and staff training. Conducts drug screenings and reviews curricula for clinical appropriateness. Maintains compliance with regulations and supports continuous program improvement. Requires certification, 1+ year of experience, and ability to work night shifts in Galax, VA.
