Seeking an RN for a Surgical ICU Stepdown position in Conroe, TX.
Coordinate comprehensive nursing care for adult-geriatric patients.
Participate in patient and family education.

Require at least 2+ years of ICU stepdown experience and strong clinical skills.
Texas RN license and current BLS certification are mandatory.
Reliable transportation needed for travel assignments.
Work 36 hours/week with 12-hour shifts, starting August 4, 2025.
