Join a passionate correctional healthcare team as a Full-Time Qualified Behavioral Health Professional (LSW, LPC, LMFT, LMLP, or equivalent) at an adult detention center in Kansas.
Provide mental health assessments, risk evaluations, and treatment planning for inmates in a fast-paced environment.
Collaborate with medical staff, community providers, and correctional teams to coordinate care and discharge planning.
Implement treatment goals, monitor progress, and maintain accurate documentation of clinical interventions such as CBT and Motivational Interviewing.
Must hold a valid license (LMSW, LPC, or equivalent) and demonstrate strong clinical decision-making and crisis management skills.
Schedule: Wednesday-Saturday, with pay ranging from $34-$36 per hour based on experience.
