Seeking a full-time Clinician passionate about making a difference through mental health and substance use treatment for adult parents and caregivers of young children.
Provide family-focused services using the evidence-based Multidimensional Family Therapy and Recovery (MDFTR) model, working with families in clinics, homes, or community settings.
Conduct assessments, develop and review treatment plans, and deliver weekly MDFTR sessions.
Collaborate with supervisors, therapist assistants, and other providers, including psychiatrists, and maintain clear communication.
Complete required documentation and training, including certifications to deliver MDFTR, with ongoing professional development opportunities.
Respond to crises, participate in rotating on-call duties, and maintain a small caseload of up to six families for focused intervention.
Qualifications include a Master’s degree (MA, MFT, MSW), CT licensure eligibility (LCSW, LMFT, LPC), and strong computer skills; bilingual Spanish/English is preferred.
