This full-time ANM position in the ICU/Step Down ICU involves providing specialized care in a 25-bed unit for adult medical, surgical, and cardiovascular/cardiothoracic patients.
The role includes managing post-operative recovery, intensive monitoring, mechanical ventilation, and advanced therapies such as IABP, CRRT, Impella, and TTM.
The Clinical Nurse partners with patients and families to deliver holistic support, ensuring safe, compassionate care while collaborating with the healthcare team.
Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Ohio RN licensure, BLS certification, and 1-3 years of relevant experience, with preferred BSN or BSN completion within 5 years and some leadership experience.
Essential skills encompass excellent communication, relationship management, problem-solving, clinical knowledge, leadership, accountability, time management, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
