Full-time, contract position in the New London County area with a competitive salary starting at $135,000 annually.Responsibilities include assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and medication management, focusing on geriatric patients.Must hold an APRN or Physician Assistant degree, valid Connecticut license, DEA Certificate, and Controlled Substance License.
