APRN – Competitive Salary

We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to provide comprehensive psychiatric care to patients in Nursing Facilities across Connecticut.

Qualified candidates must have an APRN or Physician Assistant degree, valid Connecticut license, DEA certificate, and Controlled Substance License. Geriatric and psychiatric experience is preferred.

Responsibilities include assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and medication management for elderly patients, collaborating with healthcare teams to deliver personalized care.

Position is full-time, in person, based in New London County, with a salary starting at $135,000/year.
