Full-time PA/NP position in a private urology practice with multiple office locations in Rochester, Penfield, Greece, Brockport, Geneva, Newark, and Batavia. Experience in urology is a plus but not required; training will be provided for recent graduates or newcomers.
Manage patient care collaboratively with physicians, including health assessments and preventative measures. Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests; discuss cases with physicians; and develop care plans. Conduct patient interviews, assessments, and diagnostic tests to determine symptoms and causes. Determine treatment options, explain benefits and risks, and ensure proper documentation. Use medical equipment effectively and provide evening/weekend call coverage if needed. Travel to satellite offices as required. Compensation ranges from $45.00 to $55.00 per hour, with benefits including 401(k), health insurance, and paid time off.
