Job opportunity for an RN in Case Management located in Cambridge, Massachusetts.
Coordinates total nursing care for adult-geriatric patients, participating in patient and family teaching.
Provides leadership by collaborating with nursing staff and other healthcare team members.
Maintains professional nursing standards in the clinical setting.
Requires 2+ years of RN case management experience; travel healthcare experience preferred.
Must hold a valid Massachusetts license, current BLS certification, and have reliable transportation.
Work schedule is 40 hours per week with 8-hour shifts, starting August 04, 2025.
