Job opportunity for an RN specializing in Hospice Palliative Care in Troy, Michigan.
Coordinates total nursing care for adult-geriatic patients and participates in patient and family education.
Provides leadership by collaborating with nursing and healthcare team members.
Maintains professional nursing standards in the clinical setting.
Requires 2+ years of hospice palliative care experience and strong clinical skills.
Michigan license and current BLS certification are mandatory; additional certifications may be needed.
Reliable transportation is required for travel assignments.
Work 40 hours per week with 8-hour shifts, starting July 28, 2025.
