The Clinical Supervisor collaborates with Nursing Leadership to oversee shift operations and ensure nursing care safety and quality.
Responsible for guiding daily nursing services, managing human resources and budgets, and supporting patient and family-centered care through interdisciplinary teamwork.
Supervises nursing staff, provides patient care when needed, and coaches employees to promote clinical and service excellence.
Requires a graduate of an accredited Nursing program, preferably with a BSN and specialty certification.
Holds an active RN license, BLS certification, and additional certifications such as ACLS, PALS, NRP, TNCC, and CPI as applicable.
Demonstrates knowledge of age-appropriate care, with preferred 3 years relevant experience.
Works irregular hours, handles multiple activities, and is exposed to infectious diseases and unpredictable situations.
Must meet physical requirements including emergency response, standing, and manual dexterity.
