This position provides behavioral health clinical services across various settings, including hospitals, emergency departments, primary care, and outpatient clinics.
Minimum qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Social Work or Counseling and a provisional license (LMSW or LMHC) in New Mexico, with additional certifications in aggressive behavior management and BLS within specified timeframes.
Required skills encompass independent and team work, strong communication, advanced assessment, crisis intervention, knowledge of psychopathology, and coordination with multiple departments.
Experience in a human services agency is preferred.
The role involves working in a dynamic environment with exposure to infectious agents, requiring physical and emotional resilience, crisis management, and the ability to perform emergency interventions.
Scheduled on-call duties and short-notice work are expected, with physical demands including lifting, transfers, and prolonged activity.
