We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a school-based team from 8 am to 3:30 pm.
The role involves assessing, diagnosing, and treating communication and swallowing disorders in students to support their academic and social development. Responsibilities include conducting evaluations, developing and implementing IEPs, providing direct therapy in individual or group settings, monitoring progress, collaborating with teachers and families, documenting services, and participating in team meetings. Qualifications required are a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders, active SLP license in the state, preferably CCC-SLP from ASHA, and at least 2 years of experience working with children. Strong interpersonal skills and knowledge of educational milestones are essential. This is a contract position offering weekly pay between $2,000 and $2,206, with benefits like insurance, 401(k), CEUs, and career support.
