We are seeking a qualified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our leading independent pain management practice with two locations and a surgery center in Medford, OR, serving over 10,000 patients.

The ideal candidate is responsible, well-trained, and capable of providing collaborative, high-quality care, including diagnosis, treatment planning, interventional procedures, and follow-up.
Key duties involve interpreting diagnostic tests, prescribing medication, educating patients, and assisting with interventional pain procedures like injections.
Requirements include an active OR license, DEA, preferred pain management experience, EMR proficiency (EPIC), and a Master’s degree (preferred).
