Seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide home and community-based early intervention services to infants and toddlers at risk for developmental delays. Collaborate with families to develop individualized, meaningful, and culturally responsive plans grounded in evidence-based practice. Provide direct speech therapy, participate in multidisciplinary assessments, and develop Family Service Plans (IFSP). Support family goals, facilitate parent-child interactions, and act as a service coordinator ensuring timely, appropriate intervention. Requirements include current MA licensure, ASHA certification, knowledge of early childhood development, strong communication skills, and reliable transportation. Bilingual skills are a plus.
