Seeking a House Supervisor to lead Nursing Administration and oversee patient care during assigned shifts. Responsibilities include supervising nursing staff, coordinating patient services, participating in staff development, and representing management in their absence. Supports compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensures confidentiality, and promotes quality improvement initiatives. Plans staffing based on patient needs and staff competencies, assesses staff performance, and manages emergency and safety situations. Coordinates hospital operations in the absence of management and participates in hospital committees. Qualifications include a graduation from an accredited nursing program, with a preferred Bachelor’s degree in nursing, and three years of clinical experience. Supervisory experience is preferred. Requires current Alaska RN licensure and relevant certifications; external starting pay is $51.04/hour, with pay scale based on experience. All new employees must pass a negative drug screen prior to employment. This position is open until filled.
