Qualifications include a current, active RN/LPN license in NJ, with 5+ years of long-term care nursing experience and at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
Must demonstrate effective communication, professionalism, leadership, and supervisory skills, along with strong knowledge of nursing practices, regulations, and laws.
Subacute care experience is highly preferred.
