Additional duties include participating in meetings, staff development, and providing per diem coverage when needed. Qualifications include a nursing degree (RN license required), preferred BSN, with at least 2 years of nursing management experience, and certifications in gerontological nursing. Must demonstrate leadership skills, clinical expertise, and the ability to function as a charge nurse when necessary.
