Growing wound care company seeks an energetic Nurse Practitioner for a full-time, full-scope role in Portland, OR.
Manage a patient load across skilled nursing facilities, assisted living, and residential visits, providing direct wound care. Collaborate with clinical teams to improve patient outcomes and ensure documentation, charting, and testing are accurate and timely. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare partners, maintaining professionalism and compassionate care. Follow established protocols, attend meetings, complete continuing education, and maintain necessary licensure and certifications, including wound care credentials within one year if not already certified. Travel using personal vehicle with reimbursement, working Monday through Friday with no weekends, earning $140,000/year plus benefits such as health, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k), and PTO. Requires board certification as Nurse Practitioner, 1+ year wound care and clinical experience, strong communication skills, and ability to work independently. Preferred certifications include WCC, CWS, or WOCN, with opportunities for certification reimbursement.
