Speech Language Pathologist

Seeking an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a stable, mission-driven nonprofit team dedicated to enhancing independence and communication access for clients of all ages.

  • Full-time, 40-hour in-person role based in Seattle with limited remote work opportunities.

    Responsibilities include conducting speech and AAC evaluations, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, delivering direct therapy, maintaining accurate documentation, and consulting on AAC systems and assistive technology.

  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, communicate effectively with clients, families, and partners, and participate in ongoing professional development and DEI initiatives.

    Qualifications include a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, current Washington SLP license and CCC-SLP, at least 4 years of experience, proficiency with AAC and assistive tech, strong communication and time management skills, and reliable transportation.
