Location: Worcester, MA – Main Street Outpatient Location, featuring a transitional (Hub and Spoke) model providing on-site buprenorphine induction and referrals to Worcester-based OTPs and OBOTs, in partnership with the Bureau of Substance Abuse Services and SAMHSA.

The clinician’s responsibilities encompass conducting clinical intake assessments, treatment planning, and individual counseling for clients with mental health, substance use, or dual diagnoses in an outpatient community setting, focusing on buprenorphine and Naltrexone treatments.
Qualifications: Licensed as an LICSW or LMHC is required; LADC I or CADAC certification is preferred. Bilingual (Spanish/English) skills are highly desirable. A Master’s degree in a related field such as psychology, counseling, nursing, social work, or medicine is necessary.
